So I had a couple of minutes to crawl this afternoon to test out the suspension setup which I got working perfectly. Now my next issue would be with the tires. When I got the TW, it came with the Rock Crushers. I know that it is a good all around tire but I noticed that I am having an issue with traction on the rocks. Should I change tire? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the Crazy Krawlers!! and i love them :D
they get the job done ...they are like good wine...the more i run them the better they get :D
i think that my next set of tires will be the new creepy crawlers  when they'll come out, i like the way they look,or i'll get the old Crazy Krawlers again :D..... i really like them..

I like the rox lox those are great all around tires. Just star cut the foam and leave one screw out of the bakc side of your beadlock and they do great. I tried it with full foams and no air hole and they were just too stiff

So I have been making some changes to the suspension and tires. Here is my latest setup as of last night. I love the scale look of the tire but I wasn't sure how it would handle. So I went for a lunch time crawl noticed a few things about the tire. It has awesome traction on the rocks and loose dirt but my only issue is that the side walls collapse when the crawler is on its side. I am using the stock foams. My only other options for tires are the mud slingers, and Rock Crusher X/T

Do you guys recommend drilling a small hole in the wheels?

venting the rims works best for me :)
