When you checkout on the site, it will give you the options. You can go thru that without ordering. So just sign in an check it out.

I think Darkrider was inquiring about shipping. Darkrider I've found when shipping from any foreign county that you request (demand) their nation's postal service (USA - USPS, UK - Royal Mail). Fed-Ex and UPS are their own brokers, this means that they will automaticaly charge you $50 brokerage fees and customs charges. With USPS, Canada Post might flag your item then charge $5 customs fee and then applicable taxes. This makes it a hell of a lot cheaper and more or less equivelently equal to charging GST & PST. Now if you can get the sender to lable the item "gift" or "returned item" chances are it won't be flagged. Likewise if the sender de-values the item somewhat this also helps greatly. Now the bad news, expect an item shipped via USPS to take about two weeks to get there (although I have had to wait that long for Fed-Ex and UPS packages). From Britain to Canada I usually get my package within the first week, go figure!

As for us. We can not mark items as a gift or returned items. If there are some customs fee's for your country, that is out of our control. Wish there was a better way. :(

Understood, afterall you are a legitimate business. I included this infomation for private transactions for example through individuals on ebay for example. Where it would concern RC4WD is if it were a legitimate return, this should be clearly marked as it's no sense pay customs twice for the same item. The last time I ordered from RC4WD I believe I was given the 2 options for UPS and 2 options for USPS during checkout.
