I finally received my replacement gear box yesterday and as I'm removing the motor to swap gear boxes, ALL THREE WIRES PULL OUT OF THE MOTOR! :mad:
What is the address for the service dept. in Ohio (yes, I sent an e-mail to support yesterday and have not heard back)?
