    Default hardcore rear axle trailing arms

    hello every body im in the process of building hybrid 4x4 and using the trailing arm assembly and the heime rod ends specificly designed to fit the trailing arms dont pull tight into the thread far too lose, like .5 mm slop not very good atall not sure what would be the best any ideas?

    If they aren't screwing in all the way you could chase the thread with a bottom tap as there could be a burr preventing it from seating all the way.

    Or use a 3mm washer or even take a couple passes over the end of screw to shorten it slightly with a file. Either way won't weaken anything.
