Wireless warn winch

I have the wireless warn winch and just got a new DX4S remote. Do I need to buy the wired control unit ?

You will need a wired unit if you are wanting to use it with your Tx.

Wireless warn winch

You can still use the wireless controller with the separate wireless transmitter if you want. If you want to use the third channel on your radio to control the winch, you'd need to switch to a wired controller. Either will work fine.
