I made the supports from brass and the other part from vacuum formed styrene. I was going to form it from brass too but it didn't work out the way I wanted. So I made lemons from the lemonade with the buck I carved for the vacuum forming.

Nice job (and save!) on them mirrors.

      Looking good together, shiny and....not!

Need some outdoor pics now to really let that paint show!

This junk is done! For now. Engine will get more detailing some day. Or not. The hood will never be opened again. Thank you for the nice comments along the way.

          I'm falling in love !!
And the rearview mirrors are just crazy.
I have always asked myself the question to do them like that or not.
And suppose i arrive to make them as beautiful as yours, it will surely rather fragile...

          But so realistic !

Tip of the hat to you, sir. Awesome finish and it looks so right!

You should market those mirrors. I'd be down for a couple pairs at least

Thank you. They are a bit fragile. Just like the real ones. Not much run for error on those either before you tear them off.

Nothing to 'em. A few pieces of brass and a dash of razzle dazzle. Anyone can do it!

Wow, this thing is a huge boat. It makes navigating through Smiggin's Folly challenging. Big fun!

                  Barely fits through the entrance!

So nice pics with the outside light and this backyard...
It's exactly what i was thinking, it's should be a bus to drive.
But it is also part of the trip on this rig i think .

                    Needs your emblems now !
