I have removed the motor from the trans and free spun the drive train and thats all fine. I have checked both diffs and they are also fine. I have turned the drag brake off and still no difference the main thing is it does it while under power not so much while coasting in the neutral position. Also I have an issue with the tires rubbing on the shock in the front end. I have the wheel spacers installed and it seems to make no difference. Thanks.

Hi mate i've been having the exact same promlem with my boyer truggy, which i think has all the same running gear as the TW( box, axles, drive shafts etc ).
I stripped, cleaned and checked everything, and there were no signs of any damage or binding.
I'm no expert, but i think its due to the amount of slack in every link in the drive train, and the fact that they are not precision engineered machines and are not balanced like a buggy for example.
I can rotate the opposing wheels on the same axle one clockwise one counter clock wise and there is several degrees of play, the same goes for the puisher shaft, the problem seems to go on full power but much worse at a medium speed.
The only other thing i thought it could be is if the motor is not balanced, so the truck wobbles when the motor turns at medium speed. just like a wheel on a real car can vibrate at some speeds but be fine at another speeds.
I came to the conclusion that its just how they are. I could be very wrong

No point spending time and money on something that can't be changed.
I hope i've understood your problem, if not just ignore me i'm pretty new to all this.
