New to the site. Have a TF2 Marlin Editon and am curious about the Teraflex.shackles and if the Z boxes are needed. Thank you

I would say no not needed . Out of all the TF2s the Marlin is the most capable of them all . Yes you could run them but in my opinion the Marlin already has enough flex for its purpose . Driving a leaf sprung truck is 1/2 the fun .

If you do want a bit more flex one of my favorite tricks which is also the easiest is to take the springs out of the shocks . It lets the actual leafs do the majority of the work .

Thank you sb4pro. I was thinking to leave the main leaf and possibly put the springs back into the shocks.

I wouldn’t go with any less than 2 leafs . Idk if you’ve seen this or not but here’s the top 5 best tricks for tf2s

I put zboxes and revolv...er...uh... shooter shackles, and longer shocks on my Marlin chassis. It has a good bit more flex than before install. Running main and 2nd longest leaf packs all around w/ springs removed. It preforms pretty well even w/ the 4Runner body.
