Well i have never worked with styrenes before
I dont have any idea how those things go together
I know those parts were already precut?

The parts are precut, so it's mostly a lot of dry-fitting, followed by gluing and painting. Really nothing to be afraid of...just takes time and patience. It was the first time I worked extensively with styrene, and I was able to get through it, so there's no reason you can't if you want to.

I would encourage you to read up on gluing styrene. There's a good thread on RCC that discusses the pros and cons of a few different types of glue (I think it's a sticky in the Bodies section. Once you've read up a bit, it's worth picking up a few pieces of styrene and 2-3 different types of glue (like Plastruct Bondene, JB Weld, CA, and Shoe Goo) to experiment and see the differences. Once you've played with each one a bit, it's not too hard. Then it's just about taking your time and being patient.

Take a look at the build threads that we've posted (n00b's, mine and others). Among those, you'll see lots of pictures and info about putting together the body at various steps along the way, including some pictures that show the instructions. It should give you a good idea of what's involved (which is why we take the time to put them together that way).

Does anyone know how many pounds this rig can handle to pull?
                Like a trailer
I have a big sports fisherman yacht coming soon
And i need something to pull it with

I don't think there is a set number of pounds this can pull. It's all about torque and gearing. With the transmission in low gear, a high turn motor and the proper pinion you could tow many pounds. Unless you're talking about towing a real boat then the answer is no.

The boat will look like this

Yikes...I think you have it the other way around. The Beast should be able to fit on the deck.

                        Lol
Then i guess the tamiya semi would be better?
Since those real semi trucks pull all kinds of stuff like a heavy load heheh

A 41" boat will be way out of scale with this truck. All Tamiya Semi trucks are the same scale as the Beast (1/14th) so I'm not sure that will be a realistic solve. Why not find a boat that scales better?

Well its made to order and i already paid half of it
To late to back out plus i cant find any smaller than my made to order boat

If i cant find any i might just picked up an rc4wd trailer and modify it to carry that traxxas titan sports boat

By the way what is the proper rotation of this tires?
Its a 1.5t pitbull growler tires

                            Is it this way

                            Or this way

Im thinking the arrow points towards the front?

Strictly from a scale perspective, 41" works out to a 48' boat at 14th scale, which might well be in the range of the 1:1 pic you posted. That said, I doubt you'd see a 48' yacht being towed by a MAN 6x6 very often in the 1:1 world. You'd be much more likely to see one of those behind a tractor rig.
